A Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with 21 yrs of experience and Certified fitness coach helping individuals transform their health through movement, strength, and mindfulness. She founded Body 2 Mind Fitness to create a space where fitness meets wellness, empowering people to combat lifestyle disorders like obesity, chronic pain, and stress through a holistic, science-backed approach. At Body 2 Mind Fitness, we believe fitness is not a goal to reach—it’s a lifestyle to embrace. Our group training sessions offer a supportive, energetic environment that keeps you motivated and accountable. Through strength-focused, mobility-driven, and mindfulness-infused workouts, we help you build not just physical endurance but also mental resilience.
